Every piece of gear is thoroughly inspected and cleaned. We categorize items as Excellent, Great, or Good condition, ensuring all products are fully functional and ready for use.

How do I trade in my used Patagonia gear?

You can bring your used Patagonia clothing and gear to any Patagonia retail store or mail it to us. If eligible, you will receive a Worn Wear credit to use toward your next purchase.

What is your return policy for used items?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all Worn Wear purchases. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received, and return shipping fees may apply.

Are Worn Wear products covered by the Ironclad Guarantee?

Yes, Worn Wear items are covered by Patagonia's Ironclad Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if it doesn't perform to your satisfaction, you can return it for a repair, replacement, or refund.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Worn Wear only ships to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our circular economy programs to other regions in the future.
